Kritz spent many years living in the middle east within an Arabian family and has a world of edible knowledge. In the seventies she opened the first Indian restaurant in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, then went on to open the hugely successful Arabian Nights a 250 seater tent serving Saudi’s elite and various celebrities with a menu that captured some of the worlds greatest dishes.
